Transaction Product Type list is not updated.

The list refreshed also displays the previous selected options.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
1. Navigate to ECM > Enterprise Case Investigation > Reports
2. Oracle BI pop up window is opened
3. Click on Transaction Entity Search Report
4. Click on Filters
5. Select one option from Transaction Type (MI Trxn)
6. Select one option from Transaction Product Type (Check)
7. Change the selected option from Transaction Type (Cash Trxn)
