Error 305100085: Error Occurred While Accepting the Case (Doc ID 2833355.1)

Oracle Argus Interchange - Version 8.2.1 and later
Oracle Argus Interchange Cloud Service - Version 8.2 and later
Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)

Symptoms

User encountered following error while accepting the R3 file under Reports -> ICSR Pending screen :

"Error No. 305100085: Un-expected error occurred. Error in accepting the case. Please contact System Administrator."

 

Steps to repeat:

1. Login to Argus Safety

2. Go to Reports -> ICSR Pending

3. Select the report -> Right Click -> Select Duplicate Search

4. Perform the search in "Duplicate Search Window".

5. Accept the ICSR report as Initial or Follow-up.

6. Provide the user credentials. Following error encountered -

 

  

 

Below detailed error was observed in Utilities -> Logs -> View Error Log screen for above issue -
