Goal
The customer requirement is to achieve data segregation for particular user profiles, based on a characteristic value, so in this way a profile can edit/view only selected entities.
As example, consider Logical Devices with characteristic A.
User1 should be able to access only those Logical Devises where the value for CharA = 1
User2 should be able to access only those Logical Devises where the value for CharA = 2
