On : 12.2.9 version, Materials Requirements Plan.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "Calculate End Assemblies" concurrent request is taking a long time to complete.

A trace of the program shows the following 2 SQL statements taking a long time:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Material Planner
2. Navigation: MRP > Launch
3. As part of the planning process, the Calculate End Assemblies program is run.
