Updating Users via LDAP Using "Select All Users" Returns No Result

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Attempting to update all users at once via LDAP by choosing the Select all users option returns no result.
All user accounts should be updated from the LDAP server.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- In P6 Web, navigate to Administration > User Administration > Users.
- Click Actions > Update Users from LDAP.
- Click Select all users.
- Note the reported issue.
