Updating Users via LDAP Using "Select All Users" Returns No Result (Doc ID 2833861.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Attempting to update all users at once via LDAP by choosing the Select all users option returns no result.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All user accounts should be updated from the LDAP server.

Selecting specific users from the list imports the accounts as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In P6 Web, navigate to Administration > User Administration > Users.
  2. Click Actions > Update Users from LDAP.
  3. Click Select all users.
  4. Note the reported issue.
