Unable to Update Pricing Rule End Date While Policy Termination

Symptoms
On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, Issue in updating pricing rule end date while policy termination.
The last sequence of the pricing has just age parameter and rest all sequences have age plus other parameter. Policy is terminated, and all the plan /pricing/membership gets updated with termination date.
ERROR

Error Message shows "You cannot set the Is True, Is False, or Is Insufficient field to Check Next Condition in the last eligibility criterion."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Scenario – Policy is terminated, and all the plan /pricing/membership gets updated with termination date.
The last sequence of the pricing has just age parameter and rest all sequences have age plus other parameters.
1. Group customer, policy, plan and membership is created.
2. Policy is terminated. Error is thrown.
