Uploaded Attachments Does Not List Up In Case

Symptoms
There is an issue with one KYC case that the uploaded attachments does not list up under 'Evidence' tab.
There has to be 4 lists/lines of attachments for this case but nothing lists up.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
Open a case which has huge attachments>> Goto 'Evidence' tab
Errors:
