Symptoms
CS 8.0.8.2.1 Queues do not show the correct alert counter for new/custom groups.
Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
1) In CS 8.0.8.2.1 version create a new custom user group as ONESL1GRP and map the group with same roles as OOB group CSANALYSTGRP
2) create a new analyst CSL1ANALYST user and map to custom group.
3) check the queue management alert counter.
