Symptoms
On RMB v2.8.0.0.0, Server encountered error on 'Feed management Dashboard' and 'Transaction details'.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
When trying to access 'Feed management Dashboard' and 'Transaction details'.under Transaction Feed Management, it takes a few minute try to display the UI and then it gives server encountered Error message. Both screens take more than 2 mins just to load & show filter and many times it goes in above error.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
The screens should not take more than 1-2 secs just to open up and there should not be a server error.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Menu ->Transaction Feed Management->Feed Management Dashboard
2. Access Menu ->Transaction Feed Management->Transaction Details
