One user is getting the following exception while trying to collect Call Detail Record (CDR) files via Secure Shell (SSH) File Transfer Protocol (sFTP enabled in Collection Cartridge) in Oracle Communication Offline Mediation (OCOMC) Cloud Native (CN) environment. Same issue occurs in on-premise environment as well.
