Symptoms

Customer is getting the following exception while trying to collect CDR files via SSH File Transfer Protocol(sFTP enabled in Collection Cartridge) in Oracle Communication Offline Mediation (OCOMC) Cloud Native (CN) environment. Same issue occurs in on-prem environment as well.
