Unable to Rename and Modify Lifecycle Phase (LCP) Through Java Client, Property Does Not Open or Throws Error: The property 476 is not present for the node (Doc ID 2834361.1)

Symptoms

Unable to rename and modify some of the Lifecycle Phases (LCP) from Java Client UI.
For one LCP, property does not open and nothing shows up when double clicking on the LCP.
For another LCP, below error appears when double clicking on the LCP:

The property 476 is not present for the node {LCP Name}

Facts

Happens for some of the LCPs, but not for all the LCP

 
Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Java Client as admin user
2. Go to Admin tab > Settings > Data Settings > Classes
3. Open Item Base Class
4. Go to Lifecycle Phases tab
5. Try to double click and open the property of LCP
6. Nothing happens
7. Try to double click and open another LCP
8. Gets error: The property 476 is not present for the node {LCP Name}
