Facing issue when trying to release the alert after making all the matches in match summary clean

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Step1: Parse a message of any message type
Step2: Check the Alert
Step3: In match summary, make all the matches "clean"
Step4: Release the alert

Expected Behavior:
Alert should be released and seen in output queue

Actual Behavior:
Alert is getting released but not seen in output queue
