D1-MC Job Failing

The NSPI MDM is currently processing over 80,000 Meters 4 times per day.
When the D1-MC Job is submitted with 48 threads, only a single thread processes the 2 Statistics Measuring Components (IMD, Events). There are 3 GB allocated per TPW.
The D1-MC Batch processes close to 1 million payload statistics records with each run.
After submitting the batch, the default TPW logs show the following error java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space.
