Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C) version 12.0.4, the Provisioning Interface (PI) Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) responses encoded in eXtensible Markup Language (XML) are incorrect.
The XML itself is valid, but the level which data is presented is inconsistent which makes the parsing of the results difficult. For example, a correct response to a CCSCD1=QRY is as follows:
