Save Event And Add To Case API Not Working In ECM 8.1.1.1

Symptoms
Customer upgraded ECM808 to 8111 and also moved from WebSphere to WebLogic. They tried using API save event and save event add to case api with json but it's not working.
Same json file they tested in other environment which is ECM808 version with WebSphere, it's working fine.
in the nohup.out we can see below logs.
