While running PORTC utility user facing ORA-12505, TNS:listener Does Not Currently Know Of SID

$ ./PortC.sh DMP
java.sql.SQLException: Listener refused the connection with the following error:
ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
