Swift Message Types MT543 MT950 And MT701 failed in TF (Doc ID 2835300.1)

User reported the below messages are not working and no alerts are generated.

MT543, MT950 and MT701

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Post a swift message through sanctionspost.jsp

Step 2 : Check for alerts

Expected result :

Alert should be generated without issue.

Actual result :

Message persistence failed error has occurred

Java heap error occurred for MT701 message due to huge message.

SQL for these message types are imported recently.
