Comments Not Added To Evidence Tab On ECM Case (Doc ID 2835648.1)

We are on OFS ECM 808

We are facing an issue where comments that are added as a part of any actions taken on the case during investigation doesn't appear under Evidence tab
They are however visible in Audit trail. But the requirement is and as per ECM User Guide Section (About Evidence Tab), they should be available in the Evidence tab as well

Open ECM case
Click on Take Action
Select Any Action
Click on Add comment and enter some comments
Check Added comments in Evidence tab
