Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.0.x version, when trying to run the Source Model Generation, the window and entire OFSAA User Interface (UI) remains stuck and can no longer be accessed.
STAGING_SMG.log is generated and the status is:
SOURCE MODEL GENERATION COMPLETED AT Tue Jul 27 09:45:42 EEST 2021
Only fix is to restart OFSAA services.
Following error was found in nohup.out of Weblogic server.
ERROR
Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the screen Data Management Tools – Sources;
2. Choose “Staging” → Edit;
3. Press “Save”.
