Unable to Add new Supplier as Primary Supplier for Existing Item (Doc ID 2835859.1)

Symptoms

When adding new supplier to the item as Primary supplier, Item induction is throwing the error "A country of Sourcing must be added to this Item/Supplier relationship before the primary supplier indicator is changed. if cascading to the child items, the same must be applied."
