STAKE_SKU_LOC SNAPSHOT_UNIT_COST and IN_TRANSIT_AMT Is Incorrect After Late Posted Transaction (Doc ID 2837159.1)

Symptoms

After posting a late posted transaction (IC Transfer):
A. For Records which were not in STAKE_SKU_LOC before the transaction, the records were created with:
  - SNAPSHOT_UNIT_COST = NULL
  - IN_TRANSIT_AMT = NULL
B. For Records which were already in STAKE_SKU_LOC before the transaction, the records were updated with:
  - SNAPSHOT_UNIT_COST = NULL
  - IN_TRANSIT_AMT not updated


Steps:

1. Create Stock Count
2. Run stkxpld
3. Run stkupd
4. Find item/locations not in STAKE_SKU_LOC for same location (0 available quantity)
5. Post a late posted transaction (Shipment for an Intercompany Transfer) for the item/location in Step 4
6. Validate that the new records created in STAKE_SKU_LOC are incorrect
