Goal

An upgrade from OUCSS 2.1.x to 2.2.1.0 (the latest OUCSS release) will involve a two step approach.  First, customer needs to upgrade from OUCSS 2.1 to OUCSS 2.2.0.0.  Next, customer needs to upgrade from OUCSS 2.2.0.0 to 2.2.1.0.  Upgrading in two stages will ensure any upgrade related issue can be traced back to the version where it occurred.  Note that this two stage approach will introduce redundancy related to portal resources, but will be safer in the long run.
