Purpose
This document provides information about the Web Debit Account Validation feature in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter and Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing.
This feature was originally released in the 21B release of Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service and Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing Cloud Service, but is being made available in specific previously-released versions of Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter and Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (see Scope section below for details).
