Symptoms
On OFSAA 8.1.1.1, the Group Filter is not migrating from Export/Import Screen. When migrating Group Filters from Export/Import option, the import ends with successful message from Object migration screen but the filters do not appear to be migrated.
This issue appears to affect only group filters. Other objects are migrated without issue. Even after migrating separately the individual data filters, the group filter import still does not work correctly.
No applicable errors are found in any of the logs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Export Group Filter from source
2. Run Import Group Filter on Target
