Symptoms
When attempting to run Create APS Partition, the following error occurs.

13-JAN 11:22:07 : -14017:ORA-14017: partition bound list contains too many elements
13-JAN 11:22:07 : create_partition_pvt: Exception occurred while creating the plan partitions. Clean up the partitions created so far
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigate to Other> Request
3. Review the log file
