Symptoms
Due to the frequent outages on the Voucher and Wallet Server (VWS) platform over the last few months, there is a large discrepancy between the primary and secondary VWS nodes.
Looking at the general output of the tool, it contains the following error:

The issue has the following business impact:
Unable to correct wallets that are out of sync between VWS-A and VWS-B. Failover to the VWS-B (which happens on a near daily basis) results in incorrect charging being applied to calls as the subscribers wallet is wrong.
