Symptoms

Customer noticed the issue on the legacy Charging System 5.0.3 and still encounter this issue on the new version 12.0.2.

This is when the buckets are set with a big value, the cost is deducted successfully. However, when the bucket has few balance left, the cost, then is not charged and the service will still pass. Thus the service is free of charge when it should not.
