AsActivityField Entries: Line_%, Blank_%, And Filler Created For Spawned Activities

In V11, a very large number of extra, unnecessary AsActivityFields are being created for spawned Activities.
These unnecessary fields have names: Line_%, Blank_% and Filler.
It appears these get created when spawning an Activity that contains config within the Fields section that leverage Line, Blank and Filler fields to help make the field entry in the UI easier to read for a user.
In V10, the application does not create these unnecessary entries in AsActivityField.
