Symptoms

When attempting to save a markup using AutoVue integrated to Web Center Content (WCC) 12.2.1.3, the following error occurs:

Failed to Save. Failed to verify save.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From WCC, open a file using AutoVue.
  2. Go to Markup mode.
  3. Create a new markup using AutoVue.
  4. Save the new markup.
  5. Notice the error.
