PI VPNST1=QRY Request Requires Optional "NETNAME" Parameter (Doc ID 2846776.1)

Symptoms

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C of 3C) up to and including 12.0.3, when performing a Virtual Private Network (VPN) Station query (VPNST1=QRY) Provisioning Interface (PI) command, the command fails due to an optional parameter not being passed in:

VPNST1=QRY:STNNAME=<NAME>;
VPNST1=QRY:NACK:19-Badly formatted parameter NETNAME;

As per the VPNPI Technical Guide, the NETNAME parameter is optional.
