Data quality check issue:

Following 2 DQs DQCUSTACCT0127, DQCUSTACCT0152 pertaining to DATA quality group for Stg CASA and Stg TD contracts

The DQ rule checks for N_EOP_PRIN_BAL , wherein the DQ rule states that "end of prin bal must be less than eop bal"

Issue- There could be months / quarters/period wherein the interest application may not be applied / wherein the EOP PRIN BAL could be technically equal to EOP BAL as there would be no accrued interest. Hence this DQs needs to be corrected as END OF PRIN BAL <= END OF BAL
