CS 8.0.8.2.2 - CS Real-Time API not working when called from external channel (Doc ID 2847132.1)

Symptoms

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Configure the below URL in postman

http://hostname:port/FCCM/rest-api/RTScreening/RTScreeningRestService/service/IndividualScreen

Step 2 : Provide the value as below

"BusinessDomain": "D",
"FamilyName": "ABC",
"GivenNames": "ABCDEF"
}

Step 3 : Check for alert creation in below table

FCC_ZCS_ENTITY_ALERTS table

Actual result :

No alerts are generate when api call is triggered through post man

Expected result :

Alert should be generated and data must be available in FCC_ZCS_ENTITY_ALERTS table

Issue Encountered :

The API call works as expected from FCCM UI (Real-Time Screening screen) but does not work from Postman.
