Symptoms

User unable to open notebook after installing the studio patch 8.1.1.0

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Install the patch 8.1.1.0

Step 2 : Restart the server and open the notebook

Step 3 : Check if notebook is opening without any issues.

Expected result :

Notebook should open without issues.

Actual result :

User unable to open notebook after installing the studio patch 8.1.1.0

Issue Encountered :

ERROR acle.ofss.fccm.studio.datastudio.auth.RestClient - Exception occured in get jrsdcnSet java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused)
