Incorrect values are shown in Garnishment Contract column.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Main Menu -> Financial -> Funding Request -> Search;
2. Search for a Funding Request in "Draft" status;
3. Go to Bills Tab and check Garnishment Contract Value.
