Despite Prepayment Rule Is Applied Correctly in ALM, Curtailment Feature Is Not Working (Doc ID 2848098.1)

Symptoms

On ALM 8.0.x version, you are using the Curtailment Option while generating cash flows. Though Prepayment rule is applied correctly, curtailment is not working.

FE 180 financial element is not created at all in the process despite Prepayment Runoff is selected and the Prepayment Rule is applied.
