Incorrect Values Present In <code> And <codesystem> In R3 Ack File For B.r.5 Element (Doc ID 2848145.1)

Goal

Customer is transmitting R3 Ack file to agencies after the ICSR R3 file acceptance/rejection.

However, it was noticed that there are incorrect values present in <code> And <codesystem> for B.r.5 element.

Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Import an R3 file for agency for which R3 profile is setup in both message and acknowledgment.
2. Accept the file from ICSR Pending screen.
3. Verify the R3 ack file generated in OUT folder and note the value getting transmitted in and for B.r.5 element.
