RPAS Fusion Client: Some Users Are Intermittently Experiencing Dropped Connection in Fusion Client. Log Error "RPAS Server Error: Connection Closed By Remote Host" (Doc ID 2848175.1)

Symptoms

RPAS Fusion Client users in RPAS 16.0.3.201 experience an intermittent error while building a workbook; "Connection closed by remote host" and are forced to close the browser and log in again. It happens after hitting finish in the wizard selection of the workbook for multiple templates. This may not occur for several days or weeks and then it will occur intermittently again. 

The rpas_fc.log displays the following error:
ERROR - error from WizardSetData
java.net.SocketException: Connection closed by remote host
