Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.5.3.1 version,
when attempting to modify a Remote Location for a migration study, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. From DMW UI go to "Navigation"/"Administration"/"Remote Location".
2. Select the Remote Location.
3. Change the connection string.
4. Attempt to Test and save the Remote Location changes.
