Incorrect Token Pass Value Is Passed Into the Unified Configuration After ./configure -ssl Was Used

Symptoms
Attempting to run Messaging Server setup on a LDAPS server (LDAP over SSL) the following steps were followed according to the documentation at:
MS Security Guide: Utilities Used to Manage Certificates
* Create the Messaging Server's configuration directory manually
* Use certutil to import the LDAP server's certificate and mark it as a trusted peer
* Run configure -ssl
Note:
In addition to the above steps mentioned in the documentation, the token pass for the certificate added in the Messaging server certificate databases should be specified into the sslpassword.conf file similar to the legacy configuration way.
e.g:
After the ./configure -ssl was run successfully, however Messaging server will not connect to LDAPS server.
