In Load Balancer(LB) Setting Agile Import Wizard Fails to Load (Doc ID 2848667.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Web Client | Tools & Settings | Import wizard page fails to load.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The import wizard should load without fail.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client.
2. Go to Tools & Settings.
3. Click on Import.
4. No error seen in User Interface(UI) but the Import wizard does not load.

Changes

Environment is configured in a such a way that the Agile application servers are accessible only using the LB URL.
