Symptoms

When using AutoVue to convert a file to PDF, no output is generated. Also the conversion dialog does not appear on the AutoVue client interface.

Expected behavior:

There should be an output PDF file after using conversion to PDF.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From AutoVue, open a file to convert.
  2. Go to File > Convert.
  3. Convert the file to PDF.
  4. Notice that no output PDF file is generated.
