PDC Transformer Having Issue In Connecting To RAC Services Intermittently (Doc ID 2848844.1)

Symptoms

Pricing and Design Center (PDC) transformers are having issues in connecting to RAC services intermittently: getting TNS listener error and have to retry multiple times before being able to establish connection.


When setting sqlnet.expire_time=10 in sqlnet.ora file, result is that cannot update JDBC URL.

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment that can lead to this issue.
