Metadata Load Succeeds But Changes In InForm Are Not Added To DMW (Doc ID 2848892.1)

DMW was recently migrated from 2.4.8.4 on Oracle 11g to 3.1 on Oracle 19c.

Symptoms

After a post production change in InForm, the Metadata load job completes successfully but the changes from InForm cannot be seen in DMW.
The Metadata comparison report still shows the same discrepancies, and the new tables and columns are not visible.
