Back Office Transaction Details Are Not Getting Printed In The PDF (Doc ID 2848941.1)

Symptoms

When we print the case details in pdf using the main print option available within a case, the back office transaction details are not getting printed even though the case contains back office transactions. 

All other type of transaction details as well as customer and account details are getting printed in PDF. Only BOT details are not coming in PDF.

Steps to Reproduce Problem
--------------------------
Login to ECM
Navigate to a case containing BOT
Try to print the complete case details using the print option in the case
page
All other details except BOT will be printed
