Subscriber EDR Viewer Does Not Display New Balances Correctly When Value is Larger than 32-bit (Doc ID 2849264.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when viewing a subscriber's Event Data Records (EDR) through the screens, the "New Balances" value is not correctly displayed if the value exceeds the maximum unsigned 32-but integer value (2147483647).  For example:

The "New Balances" value here is not extracted from the raw EDR.  It is calculated by subtracting the "Cost" from the "Old Balances".
