'Preassigned Assignees' View Does Not Populate in Unifier Mobile for Android (Doc ID 2849322.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When selecting Preassigned Assignees in the Unifier Mobile app for Android, the To field is left blank, no assignees are displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Preassigned Assignees view should be populated with valid information, as it is in iOS.
