Goal

How to customize Billing Care to be able to do a search on the retrieved packages based on package name so that it is easier for the customer service representative (CSR) to select the correct one among hundreds of packages?
For example, how to customize the select page during account creation and after account creation to do a filtering of the packages based on package name?
