Symptoms
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.1 version,
When attempting to install a transformation after upgrade from DMW 2.5.3 to 3.1.1,
the following error occurs:

It was observed that:
When the jobs pre-processing phase is done on Database node 1 and execution phase on node 2, then the jobs are failing/going to abort state.
When the jobs pre-processing phase is done on Database node 2 and execution phase on node 1, then the jobs are completed successfully.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Upgrade DMW 2.5.3 to 3.1.1.
2. Attempt to install an existing transformation.
