Metadata Reload Option shows In Production But No Metadata Differences. (Doc ID 2849575.1)

Symptoms

There is no version difference between dev/qc and prod life cycles in the InForm metadata, but the metadata reload message is appearing in prod life cycle and the metadata difference report is showing a difference for Study version.

In the metadata difference report, it shows: Study Version Attribute differences: Total Number of Study Version Revisions (<number of versions in Dev>:<number of versions in prod>) where the <number of versions in prod> is greater than <number of versions in Dev>.
