RTF Headers Issue (Doc ID 2849604.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.6.4 version, Documaker Studio

When the two headers are not stacked, but rather sequentially defined, this
causes the RTF output to incorrectly calculate the spacing of the first body
section that follows and thus threw off the paging that occurred in Word.
